Additional BLF Buttons

    Hi

    I have a number of BLF buttons setup for monitoring things like Day/Night Control, and other custom buttons for controlling which message is played. Custom hints are used for vieiwing the status on a phone panel.

    Is it possible to setup these as a button on FOP2 as well so the button would originate a call to e.g. *280 (or the custom 571) and would also show the status of the BLF e.g. NOT IN USE (Green), BUSY (Red), ONHOLD (flashing red) etc?

    My setup is Elastix 2.03 with FOP2.20.

    Hi,

    Fop2 does not track hints, so it cannot be used to monitor those changes. Perhaps the feature could be added in a future release, you might want to explain/provide a practical example on how are you setting up your custom hints and do some AMI captures to see if we can get AMI events that can be tracked.
