    From within FOP2, my agents can pickup calls from queues as normal. Unless they already have a caller on hold, then they cannot pickup a second call from the queue for some reason. The system simply hangs up on the caller.

    The agents can, however, pickup a call directly from the trunk while another call is one hold. And the call rings the phone on Line 2 as it should.

    But can't pickup queued calls on line 2.

    FOP2 cannot put calls on hold, did you try putting a call on hold first and then try to pickup a call? In any case, you will have to look at your asterisk full log (with debug enabled) when you attempt that pickup and inspect the output.
