Our fop2 stopped working today and our hosting company admin can't get it running again. We are a licenced user but after a server crash and restore, a few months ago, the key no longer works. We get an error saying that the key is already in use or something along those lines. The message below is from the admin:

I checked your server and the following logs show on fop2 test:
