I moved the fop2 server to a new server and now get a hang "One moment please....Connecting to server 1.2.3, ad infinitum"

Things I've tried:

• needed 64 bit build. dealt with that.
• reinstalled the license
• ran "fop2_server - test" succesfully. says AMI connection is good.

• I don't think the issue is the mysql connection, but that appears ok as well.
• Reading other forum posts, I did try multiple browsers (FF and Chrome) ... no dice
• I disabled websockets to no avail as well.

Any other ideas I can try ?

Port 4445 in firewall rules.
