We recently had the Chat feature added to our FOP. The initial user has no issues, however the receiver of a chat only gets a minimized chat box that pops up at the bottom right of the screen (not the enlarged chat box the sender initially gets). The minimized chat box gets hidden behind the advertisement bar at the bottom of the FOP, and cannot be seen or accessed. Additionally, if the sender minimizing the chat box, it also becomes unreachable. There doesn't appear to be any way to move or eliminate the advertising line, or move the chat box so it doesn't pop up it the bottom right corner. I am surprised that I cannot locate any other complaints about this, so that leads me to believe there must be a way around this besides having every user play around with their monitor settings. Any suggestions???
