We can transfer a call into the parking lot with no problem from FOP2. When getting the call back if we click on the call and get the small call pickup widget show against the call and click on that it does not retrieve the call for us. However if we drag and drop the call back to an extension this works fine.
It's just a minor issue but I wondered if anyone else had come across this.

Drag & Drop sends a Redirect command, while the pickup action button dials the parking lot number to retrieve the call. You might need to start fop2 server in debug mode and inspect the action sent to the manager when doing the pickup to see what could be happening. (Remember that you must have the pickup permission for your user).
