auto unpause within few sec.

Hi Sir, Thank you for the great helps. We are facing a problem. When call come in to a queue which have 2 extension, the system will auto pause the extension number but after few sec, is it can be auto unpause.

Is there any way to do that and the report reflect in asternic.
