I have two extensions buttons in the Panel. when I click those Buttons the Buttons in the Action toolbar are all greyed out. This different to the behavior of all the other Extension Buttons.
I checked the configuration of the extensions in elastix - they are all the same.
What could be the reason for that behavior?

Reason for that is permissions. You are not being very specific, so I cannot say exactly, but you might have privacy enabled for those extensions in the Buttons tab, with that set, you won't be able to spy/whisper/record calls for those.

What kind of information do you need
The button for the extension is configured in the screenshot attached. It looks like the config of all the other buttons that work.

Looking only at that screenshot is not enough. You would have to send me the full output from autoconfig-users.sh and autoconfig-buttons.sh and you will have to explain exactly what user are you login into FOP2 with and over what extensions the action buttons get dimmed. You should of course send all of that via direct email or ticket, not in this public forum. Again, what you see is result of your configuration (it could also be some kind of unexpected misconfiguration, for example if you have a queue that shares the extension number with an extension, something that is NOT allowed and that might cause odd behaviour).
