I am using fop2.20 Beta with Trixbox 2.6. Whenever I issue the "service fop2 start" command, the service stops after about 5 seconds. I run a "ps aux | grep fop2_server" and it shows up initially, but then stops.

You have FOP(1) bind to port 4445, so fop2 cannot start. Change fop1 port by editing /var/www/html/panel/op_server.cfg or disable it setting FOPRUN=false in /etc/amportal.conf. Then try to start fop2.
