Accessing FOP2 remotely

    Hi.
I am using PBXIAF Purple (Asterisk 1.8).
I currently have the server running at my office, but I'm often away, and would like to be able to monitor things remotely.
I have my router forwarding the necessary ports to my server, and I'm able to access FreePBX using http://mydyndnsname.dyndns.org:port/admin/, where I have my dyndns name in there, and the port I have setup o forward from my router to port 80 on the phone server.
I also set up port 4445 to forward from the router to the phone server.
However, I am unable to login to the FOP 2 panel using that way.
I did try using Putty to tunnel both port 80 and port 4445 to the phone server, and I then could login using http://localhost/fop2/ (I also have another port forwarding from the router to port 22 on the phone server that allows me to use SSH remotely).
I'd like to be able to use the FOP 2 panel even without having Putty open, and logging in directly through my browser using the dyndns address and the forwarded ports.
Is there any reason why that won't work?
I would assume that it should try to contact the same remote address using port 4445, which is correctly forwarded...
    Thanks a lot!

If you have port 4445 forwarded then it should work just fine, as long as the port is the same (port 4445 in the router, to port 4445 in the server).

Not sure what to tell you, but if you forwarded port 4445 , then it can be accessed from remote. I do it all the time. Perhaps you have some iptables rules at the server preventing access to port 4445 ?
