We have been using FOP 2.11 for a couple of years without issue but our receptionist noticed that an extension is missing from her list (185 in this case). I log in as another user and 185 appears but not under extension 100's account. In fact, several extensions are missing, most of them are unused extensions so perhaps they were hidden somehow? We are using Trixbox CE 2.8.0.3 and have the freepbx tools installed. Any thoughts on where I would look to resolve this?
