I am having a problem with the 'spy' permission on FOP2. If I give a user the 'all' permission, they get spy/whisper etc and everything works. If I give the user each individual permission, including 'spy', they do not get the spy/whisper buttons on the panel. I want to be able to take away the 'pickup' permission from some users, but still allow them to use spy. Can anyone explain this?
FreePBX: 2.9.0.7
Asterisk: 1.8.7.0
FOP2: 2.25
We run in DEVICE/USER mode and users log into their phones with *11 and log out with *12. Logging in out does not show on the FOP2 panel. If a user logs out of one phone and into another, it still shows him on the original phone. If we restart FOP2 it correctly identifies the phones and users. We are running FOP2 2.25 and Asterisk 1.8.7, freepbx 2.9.0.7.
The manager.conf contains:
[admin] secret = amp111 deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 permit=127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0 read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config,command,dtmf,reporting,cdr,dialplan,originate write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config,command,dtmf,reporting,cdr,dialplan,originate
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get this to work without having to keep restarting the daemon?
Thanks
Tim
