We regularly have problems where an old call stays displayed for an extension or queue, even after the call is disconnected. Reloading the FOP2 webpage fixes this, so it looks like the line status update gets lost somewhere between the client and the FOP2 server. Does anyone have suggestions for debugging/fixing this?

The simple solution is to set the originatechannel to be Local/xxxxx@from-internal, where xxxxx is the user extension.
Go to fop2admin , fop2 buttons and set it there.

We're using FreePBX in device+user mode, and are facing an annoying issue. When a user is assigned to more than one device, FOP2 only uses one of the devices for actions like dialing from the phone book and whispering.
For example, if a "user" is assigned to the devices with SIP accounts SIP/100, SIP/101 and SIP/102, dialing from the FOP2 phone book when logged in as this user only tries to ring SIP/102.
Does anyone have a simple solution for this?
