We have an issue with FOP2 that might be just a setup issue but II can not figure it out.
1) caller routes through IVR and selects any of the options and is placed then placed in a queue.
2) all queues ring to the extensions (230-236)
3) Call is answered by one of these representatives so the call is active.
4) Problem: representative cannot use FOP2 to transfer or transfer to VM. Button is unresponsive.
Given the extensions below all these extensions show green (active) though the sip extensions seem correct.

Is there a method that can be used to sort the FOP2 extension grid by extension number instead of by Type/Extensions. The issue is that if you have SIP and IAX extesions then it sorts IAX at the bottom.
