not that I'm aware of and its the same for all extensions, is there a master login that I can check or what file do I look at to see why?

I have FOP2 on a CompletePBX and up until a few days ago I could log into FOP with no issue

What happens is that I get the log in screen just fine, I enter the user ext and passcode in as usual and it either simple asks me again over and over again or will sit on a Connection To Server Attempt 1 screen and then flip back to the credentials. I've made sure the login and password are correct, ive tried different browsers and different pc's and I get the same results.

Ive restarted the FOP2_Server service and also rebooted the whole pbx, same results

any ideas? is there a paid support I can get to?

Will adding this account and filter as the links talks about interfere with anything else in that file? I also have orderlystats

I have an Asterisk system with FOP2 226 and I have issue with the fop showing all the information.

Some times from the same PC the user will not see any caller ID data and it doesn't matter if the call is in or outbound

The data in the FOP display can be stale...meaning the info is old, it will show a person on the line but they are not, it was an older call.

The browser is Firefox 21 on Windows 7

any ideas?
