I am having trouble with the call count on the Queue Agent buttons. Call count is always 0. Installation is on Asterisk 1.4.22.2. Here is an output of the Queue Status Command:
asterisk -rx "queue show 3311"
3311 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (42s holdtime), W:0, C:8, A:2, SL:0.0% within 0s
Members:
Local/2503@from-internal/n (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 9 calls (last was 240 secs ago)
Local/2506@from-internal/n (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 15 calls (last was 391 secs ago)
No Callers
I tried to search the forum for an existing post, but it is rejecting all of my search terms as too common.
