Buttons are taking hours to show up after adding an extension, even after service restart or app reload. Why does it take so long? How can I speed up the process?

FOP2 reload was not working. I did the upgrade http://download.fop2.com/fop2-2.29-centos-x86_64.tgz as suggested and then our configuration was gone (buttons disappeared). The following was suggested "..You can change the /etc/freepbx.conf file and set it to another name, like /etc/freepbxxxxxxxx.conf, so it goes to the 2nd check for /etc/amportal.conf that will work fine. " It worked for a day or two and then the buttons disappeared again. We need your help urgently. We are using Asterisk (Ver. 11.2.1) with FreePBX 12.0.10
