    Hey all,

    We are having ongoing issues with FOP2 and the new version (2.31.13) that when we add extensions to the PBX FOP2 becomes very slow to react to users commands.

    If a user of FOP2 tries to "pause" themselves in a queue it either does nothing or can take up to 3 or 4 minutes to react.

    The only fix we have been able to find is to do a "service fop2 restart" at the CLI level.

    Any one else got the same issue????

    We have a issue that when a user sends a chat message to another user it sends (displays twice).

    Has anyone else seen this?

    Is there a fix????

    Hey Guys,

    We have a customer who wants to turn off ringing sound on Queues. I know it used to be in /var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js but does not seem to be in there any longer.

    Where is is located now?

    This seems to no longer be in the file /var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js as this section no longer seems to exist.

    Where can I find it now as our customers want to turn off "var soundQueue = true; (to false) but cannot find this section in the above mentioned file.

    Can you please help?

    Has anyone found a way around the issue of having multiple trunks registered to the same IP address and foo2 not being able to display the correct trunk for a incoming call?
