Thanks for the help admin. The solution was to allow call history in Permissions. Plugin can be enabled Globally or Individually.
Yes. I have restarted FOP2 using the command you specified and also restarted the FreePBX CentOS Several times and still Call History plugin is not showing up.

I am running version 2.31.05 of FOP2 and version 1.0.5 of Call History Plugin. I have installed, reinstalled the plugin, disabled Globally Enabled and enabled per user, disabled per user and enabled Globally and Call history does not show up anyway.
Anything else I could try?
