We are currently using 2 digit extensions, but are gradually working to a 3 digit system. The sort order of extensions is somewhat odd. It looks like:

It looks like they are sorted alphabetically rather than numerically.

We have Asterisk 1.6 on AsteriskNOW 1.5 and FOP2 2.11. We have Polycom phones.

To park a call we hit Transfer, 90 and we hear the system reply with the parking slot number like 91. FOP2 does at that time show us the call in the lot. When we either press Transfer again to complete the transfer or simply hang up, the call disappears from FOP2. The call is still there, because we can retrieve it from the lot.

Where can I look to fix this?

I have the fop2admin, and I was able to change the labels of the trunks, and I added a label to the parking lot and it shows up now. Thanks.

I am using FOP2 2.11 on an AsteriskNow server. We changed SIP providers, but FOP2 still shows the trunk labels from the old provider. Also, we added a parking lot and it won't show up.

How can I get it to refresh to the new configuration?

I am able to install FOP2 and I can browse to http://server/fop2, but I would like the Panel links in FreePBX to go to FOP2 instead of the old panel. There is the link before you log into the admin module and then the tab once you are logged in.

I am using AsteriskNOW 1.5.
