Is there a modification or permission to prevent operators from accidentally clicking on a trunk an "hijacking" a call?
We just had to delete the trunk window for some operators who seem to click on this function by accident. Would prefer to either have a confirm, or just remove that function.
Any ideas?

I have callevents=true set, but we are still finding that the call on hold gets transfered, not the current call.
Any troubleshooting ideas?
FOP 2.20 Beta
I would suggest another (optional) button on top. We have transfer to extension, transfer to VM, and I'd like to add one more transfer option. (to cell phone)
The functionality is in iSymphony, but I find the drag and drop function and the complex screens to hard to use.
I have two interns available who can do the coding

Our receptionist uses FOP2 to transfer calls to a person's phone or directly to their voice mail.
We would like the ability for a third transfer option to transfer to cell phone for urgent calls.
We generally use VMX locator, so this would be like transfering to voicemail, and then hitting 1 which dials out.
I setup FOP2 so a manager could listen to her sales agents. It works, as expected, but if she clicks on an agent who is not on call (box is green) and then she hits listen, we end up listening on a seemingly random phone conversation in the system.
I have the lastest version of FOP2, PBX in A Flash version 1.6 with 2.8 FreePBX.
Any ideas on how to fix it?

If I Use *78 and *79 to set the Do Not Disturb state FOP2 updates properly.
But If i go into the FreePBX VoiceMail and Settings web page to set or reset the DND state, they don't update in FOP2.
Since my end users use both methods, panel gets way out of sync.
Any troubleshooting ideas?
