    markt started the conversation Channel pickup from queue.

    If you do channel pickup from the queues, the status of calls in queue will be ABANDON. Is it possible to obtain the status ANSWERED? If you do call pickup when he was enrolled in the extension then all is well.

    In the User & Devices Mode agents can not pickup a call from the QUEUES and dial in The dial box. Can the work of these functions in this mode? In the field EXTENSIONS can do to pickups and to dial the extension number
