    Sorry, I used the wrong term. I used the fop2 manager (address/fop2/admin) to configure it. It was an upgrade from 2.27 to the 2.30 version. After the upgrade, all transfers fail. When my users click on either the transfer to mobile or transfer to extenstion button on the fop screen, nothing happens, nothing is logged in asterisk logs. I moved them back to 2.27 from backup, and now the tranfer to extension works, but the transfer to mobile remains the same.

    Also noted since the upgrade, none of my trunks are available either on the admin screen or on the fop2 user screens. Reverting to the old version didn't fix this either.

    Is there ANY way to wipe out the installation completely and just start over from scratch. I am suspecting something may have happened to the sql database entries. There are only about 30 extensions, so reconfiguring this from scratch will not be a major effort.

    One more thing to note, This installation is still running trixbox v2.6.23.

    Can you please email me at [email protected] when you respond. I have been waiting since the 11th, assuming that your response would come to me via email. This way I will know to look at your response.

    Update, I was informed this morning that NO transfers are working, they can no longer tranfer the call to an extension, or an external cell phone.

    Upgraded to FOP2 with fop2admin. Since upgrade the transfer to mobile function no longer works. No errors, nothing. Just doesn't function any more. What could be wrong?

    I upgraded fop2 to the latest version on a trixbox server today.
    Under fopadmin, none of my trunks show up on the buttons page. This also means they are now missing from my fop2 interface. What do I need to do to get fopadmin to see these?

    I am having a little problem with "autoconfi-buttons-freepbx.sh"
    Environment: Elastix v 2.0.0.62
    FOP2: version 2.20

    When I run autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh it outputs a section like this:

    ------------- cut ------------
    [ZAP/5]
    type=extension
    extension=1202
    label=Cordless
    context=from-internal
    queuecontext=from-queue
    privacy=none
    group=Home
    queuechannel=Local/1202@from-queue/n
    customastdb=CF/1202
    ------------------------------------

    This is true for both extensions and trunks connected using ZAP/DAHDI Cards.

    The problem is that the status of these buttons are not displayed on the FOP2 panel (never shows they are off hook). If I disable the autoconfig-buttons script and manually configure the extensions and trunks using [DAHDI/5]then the extension/trunk works as expected.

    I have tried my best to figure out why the autoconfig-button script is putting out ZAP instead of DAHDI, but I must admit I am getting nowhere.

    Can anyone help me fix this? I would prefer NOT to move to manual configuration for my buttons if possible.

    You are right. Asterisk IS storing the voicemail using UTC timezone. I will move my question to the asterisk usergroups and maybe someone can help me fix this there. Thanks for your help.

    an additional note. My Standard voicemail interface (http://voicemailip/recordings) does show the right timezone on all voicemails, only the voicemail interface inside of fop2 is using UTC.

    jtshows started the conversation Transferring a call out of parking lot.

    Is there a way to transfer a call from the parking lot directly to an extension. Example... Customer calls, but you dont know where the party they are calling is right now, so you park them. Your boss says "Just transfer them to extension 104". Right now (as far as I can tell), you have an pick up the tranferred call, then you can transfer it to the extension.

    Is there currently a way to just transfer the call directly from park to the extension without having to pick it up again?

    I went into the voicemail.conf file and added both tz and Timezone entreis, restarted fop2 and asterisk, and still my voice mails display in fop2 with UTC times.

    Here is what I added:

    Timezonename=CST6CDT
    tz=CST6CDT

    Am I missing something?

    Is there anyway to change the time zone that the Voicemail pop/down uses? right now it is using UTC. I would like to see it in CST.
