Yes that is correct. My users would like an alarm to play every XX seconds that a call is waiting in a queue. Can this thread be moved to feature requests, or should I re-post?
In my current setup I have taken advantage of the feature allowing a tone to be played when a call comes in (in my case, into one of about 60 queues). My agents are now requesting a similar tone be played every 30 seconds that call remains in queue. I would like to know if this is possible either in the current system, or could be added. Thank you.
