Hello,

I have two servers. Both has an extension 1001.

Is it possible to monitor two extensions with the same number on two different servers?

I tried the following configuration:

; server 1
manager_host=localhost
manager_port=5038
manager_user=manager
manager_secret=secret

; server 2
manager_host=172.16.64.110
manager_port=5038
manager_user=riodejaneiro
manager_secret=secret

[SIP/1001]
type=extension
extension=1001
context=dialplan-1001
server=1
label=1001
mailbox=1001@dialplan-1001

[SIP/1001]
type=extension
extension=1001
context=dialplan-1001
server=2
label=1001
mailbox=1001@dialplan-1001

But when I call the extension 1001 on the server 2, it always blink the extension 1001 on the server 1.

This is possible to solve?

Hi,

I can see the phonebook page on Mozilla normally but it can't work on my IE 9. The page stays loading and doesn't show anything.

Do you have any suggestion about how can I solve this problem?

Hi,

Is there any way to setup privacy for hangup action in a button?

I've configured a privacy=monitor and works fine for spy action, but the users still can hang up the call for this button.

Hi,

The only resource from FOP1 which I really think I lost to FOP2 is transfer call from queue to an arbitrary extension.
My support manager uses this function in FOP1 to control the call distribuition from callcenter.

In FOP2 I can pickup a call to myself, but don't transfer a call to another extension.

Is there any way to implement this functionality in future releases?

I want to create an user that can spy the group "agentes" and can pickup the group "suporte", but it can't spy the group "suporte".

something like this:
user=1019:1234:spy:agentes
user=1019:1234:pickup:suporte

Any suggestion about how can I get this?
