I also see [error] [client 192.168.12.2] PHP Notice: Undefined index: elastix_user in /var/www/html/fop2/index.php on line 11
in the httpd log
I did a yum update yesterday on my Elastix 2.5 server. When my users tried to log in they received the "invalid session" message. I did a search & found there were problems with the update process. I removed index.php as suggested & received the "something went wrong" message. Searched again & copied index.html to fop2.html & removed index.html. Restarted fop2 each time.
The manager works & all the settings are there.
When I run /var/www/html/fop2/admin/update_conf.php I get the following
/var/www/html/fop2/admin/update_conf.php: line 1: ?php: No such file or directory
/var/www/html/fop2/admin/update_conf.php: line 3: //: is a directory
/var/www/html/fop2/admin/update_conf.php: line 4: syntax error near unexpected token `!='cli''
/var/www/html/fop2/admin/update_conf.php: line 4: `if (php_sapi_name() !='cli') exit;'
autoconfig-users.sh returns a normal looking list with users, groups, plugins, etc.
I originally install fop2 2.28 from the tarball.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks
My users are reporting things are OK. Any idea what changed to require changing the websockets change?
I can get in with Chrome now but not Firefox which is the way it was before. Thanks for the help.
They were enabled. I have disabled them and restarted fop2. fop2 is still not connecting.
I have a client with an Elastix 2.4 system running Asterisk 11.11 and FOP2 2.26. There are about 10 users connecting to FOP2. It's been fine since the initial installation. We have never been able to access it via Firebox but Chrome has worked fine. Late last week I could not access the panel from the server I use for access (W2008) from any browser. The other users were fine until today when they could not access the panel from Chrome but found they could use IE. The panel sits at the "Connecting to server - attempt 1. From researching the problem that would seem to indicate a connection problem. I've checked the firewall, which is off.
Anyone have a thought at would I should look at next?
Thanks
That worked. I was trying to do manual config & had the line commented out.
We have a number of users with multiple extensions on their phones - not in numerical order. I have created groups for each user but FOP2 doesn't show the group members together. Is there a way to accomplish this?
I am running Elastix V2, FOP2.23 & the FrePBX module. I am using manual config & have commented out autoconfig.
I can log in if I create a user in fop2.cfg but if I comment out the user in fop2.cfg & create the user using the FreePBX user module I can't log in.
What am I missing?
TIA
