    bobtimms posted in Cant contact registration server.

    Hey -- thanks. I was in a hurry bringing up the backup server and forgot to set the DNS. Now when I try to register the license I get a message that I need to revoke the old one. Since the old server is out of service I don't think I can do that from the backup server. Any suggestions?

    Our PBX server with FOP2 crashed yesterday and we brought our backup server online without FOP2. I'm trying to register FOP2 and getting "could not contact registration server ...". Help is appreciated.

    Our PBX crashed yesterday so we brought our backup server on line. I'm trying to re-register FOP2 and am getting a "cannot contact server ..." error. I'm not sure if this is because it cant contact the server or that I have used the license on the server that crashed and it wont register because it thinks it is a dual registration. Help appreciated.

    I used my name for the license activation but was unaware it would be displayed in the footer of the fop2 screen. Is it possible to change this - I would like the company name displayed rather than my name?
