The version of FOP2 is 2.27.
The version of FOP2Admin is 1.2.11.
There are 80 extensions.

Did you do that and refresh your browser / clear the browser cache?

The issue is already in "Fop2 Buttons" in FreePBX.
When I click on "Sort by Number" is ok.
When I click "Apply config" it's ok.
When I go back to "Fop2 Buttons" is not ok.

Sorting works perfectly fine... be sure you use the latest fop2admin version

This is version 2.27 installed by you.
I had given you access to the server.

In fop2admin, fop2 buttons, order is also false.
I changed php.ini and restart the server and the problem is the same.
PHP version is 5.1.6.

I installed several FOP2 with FreePBX and ring groups not working.
The buttons are well displayed but nothing happens when the phones ring.
Phone buttons work fine.

Should be able to choose the number of lines displayed by extension button.
example:
4 lines for some buttons
2 lines for other
1 line for the remainder
