hm.. I just tried it on another freepbx system, where I have enabled feature codes for DND, and their the asterisk DND database state doesn't change if I switch the FOP state to anything else than "available".. I also tried the fop2.js from admin, but this doesn't change anything .. :(
(I restarted fop2 after changing)
actually this is excactly what the users of the other company want, but does there exist any explanation for this situation?
very similiar but not the same.. DND state changes to YES, but if this state is activated for more days, the state could not be changed to NO ..
hey,
I got the same problem here..
could it be, that if I disable the feature codes for DND in my freepbx gui (*78,*79,*76) any changes of the FOP state doesn't work? or is it any other bug I created now?
hey,
in my company I disabled the dnd-button of the snom370 phones, instead of DND I made two buttons for sign-in and sign-off the identity. now I installed the FOP2 on my asterisk 11.11 (freepbx), and the useres can switch the mode from available to DND or some more states.. so far so good, but if the people change their state to "Other" if they go to vacation, and enter the date, when they come back.. this state is active for at least one week, if they come back from vacation, and change their state back to "available", asterisk dnd database state is still DND: YES .. any ideas what cause this problem? bug?
hey,
there are three different symbols for the members of the queue in my FOP2 overview, but I don't understand their meaning.. in my company, users log on and log off if they are busy (dnd is disabled), but users who are logged on also have a red symbol with a white bar in the middle in front of the body.. what does this mean?
some other users have a orange body instead of a green.. what does this mean?
unfortunately I can't upload an attachment.. :(
