    Is there a way to show which extension is being spied upon?

    Hi - A former HUD customer wants the ability to see if an extension is listening to/monitoring another extension. Possible?

    Also, I know there's a way to configure the whisper button to barge instead, but is there a way to get BOTH whisper and barge functionality? Reassign another button perhaps?

    Thanks for the detailed answer. As this install is for a call center customer (outbound), it may be that Asternic is better suited to our needs.

    Extensions are set to always record but the recordings are not visible in FOP2. They are visible in FreePBX.

    Only recordings started through FOP2 are visible.

    How to fix?
