I have checked that and you are correct. Asterisk does not show the queue stats for some reason for any queues. I will have to investigate this from the Asterisk end.
I'd made all of my changes but not uncommented the sections!
Thanks

We have agents in a number of queues. When displaying the full details of each queue including agents in a FOP2 login when hovering the mouse over each agent the number of calls always shows as 0 despite agents receiving calls regularly. Is there something that needs to be set to allow this number to increment correctly. What does this stat actually show? Is it the number of calls received by each agent since the start of the FOP2 login of the user showing the queues, or is it the number of calls received by each agent for a particular day.
The system is running FreePBX 12 with Asterisk 11.
Thanks

We have been using the Pause states and Queue penalties in FOP2 quite extensively. Call centre supervisors were able to set the pause state for there agents as well as the penalty on each queue. However since we moved FOP2 to a new server this has stopped working. It seems that no matter which permissions I give to supervisor logins when they right click on agents they do not get the list of pause states to select or the list of penalties to select.

I did try this again by specifying only specific queues for a user to show/login to. I have also set this to auto-login and it works. The only problem I have is that it a bit unpredictable. Some times it will log a user in to the queues required when they login to FOP2 and then log them out when they log out. However on other occassions they either don't seem to login or don't seem to logout correctly as they are still listed as a member of the queue(s).
Another issue, and I don't know if this is by design (possibly), is that when a users is logged in and their penalty level is changed this is not preserved across logins so gets reset back to 0 after they log out and back in again. This isn't so much of an issue but just wanted to clarify what the expected behaviour is?
Thanks

I see. I will try that and see how I get one.

Thanks for the swift reply. I did find that in another post after posting this one and implemented the "d" option and it worked. Thanks very much.

Sorry to break in on an old thread but I have a similar question. The listen and whisper functions work great but is there any way to barge a call once you are in whisper or listen?
Has anyone tried this plugin? I have purchased and enabled it for auto-login to queues. I have agents setup to be dynamic agents in queues. if I login as one of these dynamic agents I seem to get logged into all active queues and not just the queues which the agent is set as a dynamic agent in. This is despite the fact that I have Restrict Dynamic Agents set on all queues so that only specified dynamic agents as supposed to be able to login.
Thanks
