    All my agents at call center open fop2 to log in & monitor incoming calls .

    From time to time, all extensions become online when the agent not active on this page..

    How to solve this problem ?

    Hi

    Pop-up by Fop2 work fine and pop up one time.
    From 1 week when I receive any calls it open once when receiving a call and once when to answer it .
    How can I make it open one time like before?
