When I access the phonebook icon on the panel, I get the following message along the top of the phonebook popup window.

consulta("DESC fop2recordings"); if(!$res) { $recordings=0; } ?>

Any ideas where I'm going wrong as I've check permissions, databases are created as I'm checked with mysql admin and everything else is working.
