I would like to request a added feature that worked very well on a previous used product.

When a call is answered by say reception that the cursor immediately appears in the filter box and when the filter has only 1 result that the result is highlighted (red boarder) then by clicking a keyboard key say "enter" the call is transferred.

This assists greatly in the speed of dealing with calls from reception.

So to deal with a call the steps would be:

Answer => start typing name => enter ....and the transfer is complete
