my question is very simple i guess.
Does FOP2 support asterisk realtime configuration which sip.conf are not present and sip peers configured on a mysql table?
Is there any documentation about it?

FOP2 supports any config mode in Asterisk as it does not rely on Asterisk config files at all, so yes, it works with asterisk realtime.
You will have to configure your buttons by hand or write your own autoconfiguration script, similar to the ones included for FreePBX, but to cater your realtime config.
