I installed this and I can pull it up on the computer and see the 15 extensions that the unpaid version offers. I bought the $40 version and when I run fop2_server --register all I get is Command Not Found. Thanks in advance for the help.

fop2_server
is not going to be run if /usr/local/fop2 is added to your system PATH (which is not). You have to run
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --register
or
cd /usr/local/fop2
./fop2_server --registerThe email instructs you to use
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server *explicitely*. So, follow those instructions and it will work.
