Problems migrating to newer server

  1. 11 years ago

We are replacing our existing server with 100+ users
We have fop2 running perfectly since we got it in September
Trying to migrate to a newer server. Besides the issues we are having with the license transfer, which we will deal with on a separate note, we are having issues accessing fop2 on the new machine

A freepbx backup/restore was done to transfer all the fop2 data
Then I installed fop2 on the new machine - same version as the old machine
Fop2 starts, but all the buttons are missing

    Am I missing something?

This is the only thing holding us back from transferring all the users and it is driving us crazy. No one was at live chat when I tried this afternoon.

The only difference between the two machines is the Centos version. Old machine is centos 5.5. New machine is centos 6.3. fop2 runs no issues when I put in that symlink fix

Moreover, I tried to run the .sh script and it still doesn't help me

    PLEASE HELP!!

Not sure what a missing button means? You log and see "no buttons"?

Run autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh script, inspect the output. Does it appear to be complete? If so, then your problem might be related to the user/group configurations and having groups assigned to users. Edit one user, be sure it has no groups assigned(checked), and try to login again.

Unfortunately I cannot give you a more detailed answer as your problem details are a little bit scarse.
