Transfer call /Transfer Mobile does not work

    HI Guys,

    I am having issue with call transfer /transfer mobile.

    basically i want to transfer call to other user via FOP2 panel

    Example: External call goes to extension 227 but i want to transfer this call to someone else to extension 230.

    First i select extension 227 FPO2 (which shows me ringing ) and than select 230 and click on transfer nothing happens

    Please help

    Using Asterisknow 3.0 (asterisk version Asterisk 11.3.0 and freepbx with FOP2 2.26 on 64bit cents)

    Transfers works on active/bridged calls. Your description is not a transfer, but a redirection. So, first you have to pick up the call (answer it!), then you can transfer.
