I have just installed FOP2 for evaluation.
I have 2 DAHDI trunks on channels 3 and 4. The trunk list shows the DAHDI but no indication of the channels. Is it possible to see both trunks?

Yes, it should be possible. Are you using auto configuration or writing the config manually? Can you post your trunk button definition here?
Auto configuration.
If I run ./autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh I get :
[DAHDI/3]
type=trunk
label=DAHDI
channel=DAHDI/3
channel=DAHDI/4
which looks like:

Looks fine... I will need to see the manager output when you do some calls out or in your dahdi trunks. You will have to stop fop2 service:
service fop2 stop
And then start it from the command line:
cd /usr/local/fop2 ./fop2_server -X 1
Then make a couple of calls, I am interested in the "Channel" entries in the manager output. If they look like DAHDI/2, then it must work.
