we are having trouble with transferring calls using FOP2. You click the button but nothing happens. All other buttons and functions are working perfectly. I have read a few posts that mention this is caused by not having "originate" set as a permission in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf however this is set correctly.

I ran FOP2 in debug mode and got only this when clicking the button:

We are using PIAF 2.0.6.5.0 32-bit Green (Asterisk 11).

Please let me know what other info you might need.
