Missing Parking Lot section

  1. 10 years ago

    Hi all,

    I have installed FOP2 from elastix addons. We have 50+ extensions, some queues etc. and everything is working fine, except for the Parking Log section.
    When I installed FOP2 this feature was not enabled in elastix, and now I configured and enabled it, but I can't get this section to appear in the FOP2. The button does appear in the list, though.

    Elastix: 2.4.0
    FreePBX: 2.8.1
    Asterisk: 1.8.20.1

    Thanks in advance,
    Best regards.

    Run this:

    /etc/asterisk/fop2/autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh

    Do you see the PARK button listed in the output ?

  3. Hi Nicolás,

    Yes, I can see the following section:

    [PARK/default]
    type=park
    extension=70
    context=parkedcalls
    queuecontext=from-queue
    rtmp=0

    It is after the SIP extensions and before the queues, and the extension (70) and context are correct.

    Did you register fop2 ? or is that the lite version?

  5. It is registered. I can see all extensions (about 50), queues, trunks, etc.

    Go to "fop2 users", edit the user you are using to log into fop2, be sure to uncheck/unmark all of the groups if it has any marked. Then save,apply changes. Log out and back into fop2 to test.

  7. Still the same problem. I've noticed if I enter a label for the parking lot in FOP2 buttons and save it, it doesn't get saved, it is again empty when I enter again in FOP2 buttons page.

    Aha, an empty label will effectively disable a button. There is a php.ini setting that my prevent old fop2admin versions from working. Look at this post:

  9. Hi Nicolás,

    That's was it! I changed the setting in /etc/php.ini and restarted httpd, set a label for the button, and the parking lot section did appear next time I log on.

    Thanks a lot, you have been very helpful.
    Best regards.
