Queue members are renamed to the queue member name when they are part of a queue. Perhaps that particular extension is a queue member also and is getting renamed... Or, you just need to restart fop2 for the change to take effect.
hi
still doesn't take effect, but in fop2 under user and button is changed properly. i try asterisk -rx "queue show" as mentioned in your other post but shown nothing so i assume it's not base on queue member. any other to check before i restart the freepbx server
thanks
meantime, where "refresh" option under button page?
You can sync labels in buttons, its an option in the Actions menu. To verify what name is set in fop2 configuration, run
/usr/local/fop2/autoconfig-buttons.sh
If the label appears correct, then fop2 will show that. Be sure to reload fop2 to get that new name. Unless you have a queue member with the old name for that extension/channel, in that case it will be renamed to it. but you already tried the queue show and did not see anything.. so I guess you only need to reload fop2.
Actuallly, if you use the latest fop2/fop2manager combo, label refresh is realtime from the fop2 manager and does not need a reload, changing it in the buttons page will change it in real time on the panel display with no reloads.
Best regards,
