We have many problems with all latest versions of FOP2.
It was from there the manager. When everything was managed in FreePBX everything worked perfectly.
That case :
Version: FOP2 Server Status: OK - Version: 2.29.01
License ok.
We have added extensions in FreePBX. They are visible in the Manager FOP2 but not FOP2.
The reason ?
Most probably because your groups are not updated. If you use group filtering, then any extension that is not part of those groups won't be shown. Edit your user via the FOP2 Manager, uncheck any groups it might have assigned, save and reload fop2. Then try again... do you see the new buttons then? If so, then it was because groups were not updated after adding those new extensions in FreePBX.

We're having the same issue. Buttons for recently created extensions are visible in admin UI but not in the panel. No groups are assigned to the user.
