We're having the same issue. Buttons for recently created extensions are visible in admin UI but not in the panel. No groups are assigned to the user.
FOP2 v 2.28
What could be the issue?
Problem solved. The plugin has to be set to load for a given user either through a template or in user management.
Installed the change password plugin... Where/how does the user change their password?
The pagination links were missing.
Solved issue by increasing buttons_per_page to 200.
Thanks!
Several extensions are appearing in the panel that we don't want to be displayed.
In the admin panel, under Buttons, the extensions are not listed. They are however visible under Groups.
Synchronizing labels did not make them appear as Buttons.
What could be wrong?
That will hide clid from everyone, including supervisors. Our customer desires the following functionality:
"We would like something with four tiers. The higher tier can record, monitor, view call status, barge, etc on any lower tier but not on an equal or higher tier. "
We have created groups for each tier but how do we allow higher tiers to see clid for lower tiers and not for the same tier? (e.g. managers in the same tier should be able to see clid for their staff in a lower tier but not see clid for other managers in their own tier)
Thanks for awesome support!
Is there a way to hide the called/calling number for a regular extension?
Customer wants their staff to see only whether an extension is busy or not. Not who they are talking to.
AFAIK FOP2 does not write bad auth anywhere. Does it?
Also AFAIK, fop2 auth occurs over port 4445 so https would not encrypt those passwords.
Thanks for great support as always.
We have a customer that needs access to FOP2 from any public IP. They have been using Fonality's HUD and would like a similar experience..
Apart from strong passwords, what are the best practices for securing FOP2?
Hello again,
Wondering if this feature was added or if there are plans to add it?
