I want to ask if it is possible to customize the popup when you receive a call in fop2. We want to query an internatal database to check the caller's number and also get some info about it and show in the popup

You can tweak checkdir.php. If you look at it , you will see that it queries the fop2 phonebook table and takes the picture and name from there, you might very well check a different database.
