Button Not Appear

    Dear FOP2 Team,

    I'm trying install fop2 (free/limited 15 ext) on asterisk plain text.

    Here is my config fop2.cfg

    group=PI:SIP/1001,SIP/1002,SIP/1003,SIP/1004,SIP/1005,SIP/1006,SIP/1007,SIP/1008,SIP/1009,SIP/1010
    group=PSD:SIP/1011,SIP/1012,SIP/1013,SIP/1014,SIP/1015,SIP/1016,SIP/1017,SIP/1018,SIP/1019,SIP/1020,SIP/1021,SIP/1022,SIP/1023,SIP/1024,SIP/1025,SIP/1026
    user=moses1:admin::PI,PSD
    user=moses2:admin::PSD
    user=moses3:admin::PI

    buttonfile=autobuttons.cfg

    If i login using moses1 -> it show 15 button extensions --->TRUE
    http://xx.xx.xx.xx/fop2/?exten=moses1&pass=admin

    if i login using moses2 -> it show 5 button extension ---------------> WHY? ( i think i shound be 15 button extension)
    http://xx.xx.xx.xx/fop2/?exten=moses2&pass=admin

    if i login using moses3 -> it show 10 button extensions
    http://xx.xx.xx.xx/fop2/?exten=moses3&pass=admin

    What it the problem? can you give me solution for this case?

    Hi,

    I have edited your post to remove sensitive information, be careful, the internet is wild. Do not expose data in a public forum

    Now the answer:

    The 15 button limit in the lite version cannot be bypassed by using groups. Look at your buttons.cfg file, only the first 15 buttons listed in the buttons.cfg file will shown, regardless of what mixed groups you might want to use to bypass the limit.

    Otherwise it would be to easy to have a 150 extensions pbx partitioned in 10 groups, and having a way to monitor all of them.

    So, do not create any groups. Just edit your buttons.cfg file and place the buttons you want to show in the first 15 positions.

    if i order basic White Label $60, can it solve my problem? I want to mix group like previous post.

    There are no 15 button limits if you purchase a license. You will be able to create any kind of group, etc..
