Problem with phonebook

  1. 8 years ago

Hi, today I try to import a csv file (6000 records) in fop2 phonebook. The import works fine.
Now when I try to perform a search in my phonebook, the browser (chrome, explorer or mozilla) crashes.

My fop version is the last.
How can I fix this problem?

    Thank you
    Lorenzo

Does it CRASH or is it just slow? Also, what FOP2 version are you using?

  3. The fop2 version is
    FOP2 Server Status: OK - Version: 2.30.02
    Backend Engine: freepbx

The problem is : when I perform a search in my phonebook, the browser (Chrome, Firefox) it slow down to the point of crash. The search is perfomed over 6000 records, but the problem continues also if I try to upload a only 3000 records phonebook.

Chrome's message is similar to this: http://cdn.overclock.net/a/ab/500x1000px-LL-ab548ec3_sanstitrevj.png

With a oldest version of Fop2 (Version: 2.29.00) the problem is not present.

    Thank you.

  4. Hi, I've many problems with the new phonebook.

If I try to import private contacts, in mysql the field owner results blank. Now when perform a search in phonebook, new private entries are not seen.

I've also display problems (in the attachments): there are ways to fix them?

    Thank you.

I am working on updating the contacts.php application to use ajax and infinite scrolling instead of loading the whole phonebook that is slow if you have thousand records. I had no issues with private contacts, but I will test anyways before rolling a new update (2.30.04).

    Best regards,

  6. Hi, i've seen the new release and works fine.
I've a last problem with the licence
When I try to register the licence (used for 2.29 , 2.30.03 ) I've got the following message:
You can register only version 2.3003.

Is there a limit for the number of version upgrade with licence?
    Thanks you,

    Lorenzo.

There is no limit on number. Please try again as you are within the year and should not have issues with the upgrade path. I have also updated the version number so you don't have issues with it.

    Best regards,

  8. Ok, I try now and it works.
