fop2 2.31.02 upgrade doesn't show queue members

  1. 8 years ago

Hey there.. We just upgraded from an older version of fop2 to 2.31.02 over the weekend.

We configure fop2 via the /admin page.

Everything seems to be working ok except for the queues. We no longer get any indication of who is logged in the queue. We see the callers in queue, but not the queue members.

Here's a sample output of our queue status.

    [root@phones 06]# rasterisk -x 'queue show 805'
    805 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'ringall' strategy (150s holdtime, 641s talktime), W:0, C:32, A:4, SL:78.1% within 90s
       Members:
Eric Newvine (Local/102@from-queue/n from SIP/102) (ringinuse enabled) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 8 calls (last was 298 secs ago)
Derrick Towne (Local/134@from-queue/n from SIP/134) (ringinuse enabled) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 4 calls (last was 666 secs ago)
       No Callers

Can you give me some pointers at what I should be looking for. We don't appear to be using autoconfiguring buttons. We are running FreePBX v13.0.151 and Asterisk 13.7.0.

    Thanks for any pointers

I need to know how are your buttons configured, do you have any #exec line in /usr/local/fop2/fop2.cfg ?

    do you have a buttonfile= in /usr/local/fop2/fop2.cfg ?

  3. We have

    #exec autoconfig-users.sh

    We have no buttonfile

Do you see the queue members, at least briefly, after restarting FOP2?

    service fop2 restart

    Best regards,

  5. No, we do not see them, even for a moment.

    Oh wait.
    Yep, that did it.
    Thank you.
