the pickup action does not work in my test installation.
Is there any possibility to configure this action (e.g. pickup code) !?
And i have also problems with user permissons:
I only get action buttons when setting permissions to "all", not for specific user rights.
For example:
Can't see any action buttons:
user=36:testpw:dial,hangup,transfer,meetme,pickup
All buttons available:
user=36:testpw:all
What's wrong here?

I do not know if it is because of this, but meetme doesn't exist.
Try removing the meetme of configuration.

Do you have a button defined with extension=36 ?
oh no, you are right...
because of testing only, i have forgotten the button config for this specific extension :roll:
now everything (except pickup) works perfectly...
Pickup should work providing that the extension and context for the button you try to pickup matches the extension and context in the asterisk dialplan... if the context does not match, then it will fail. Could it be that?

I've checked extension and context, everything looks ok, but no pickup.
Another idea?
Check the asterisk logs enabling debug...
