Need help with initial config on clean Asterisk.

    Hello.

    Trying to set up the FOP2 at the clean asterisk 1.4 installation.
    I've manually copied files and folders and trying to start the FOP2, but have no luck.

    # /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test
    Flash Operator Panel 2 - No valid license found. Demo Mode
    Couldn't connect to localhost:5038 (Server 0)

    then I've checked iptables.

    # /etc/init.d/iptables status

    Any suggestions where I lamed up?

    Check /etc/asterisk/manager.conf and be sure that you have the manager service enabled. You can check if the service is up by using the command:

    netstat -lnp | grep 5038
